    Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
    • Achieve assigned sales goals and objectives
    • Manage controllable expenses to budget
    • Manage, train and develop assigned personnel
    • Oversee and maintain relationships with top level distribution partners
    • Optimize sales processes, training and programs to achieve performance goals
    • Manage local client relationships and prioritize brand management lines
    • Oversee local operations, processes and warehouse/samples personnel
    • Manage FSP system
    • Evaluate workflows to streamline and improve the sales process and maximize profitability
    • Align division personnel, policies and systems with company objectives
    • Other duties, responsibilities and activities as assigned

     

    Supervisory Responsibilities

    Direct Reports
    - Hires, retains, trains, coaches, guides, directs, and develops direct reports using company-wide processes, tools and resources

    Indirect Reports
    - This position does not have guidance or mentoring responsibilities for indirect reports

     

    Travel and/or Driving Requirements

    - Travel and Driving are essential duties and function of this job
    - Travel up to 25%

     

    Minimum Qualifications

    The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job
    Education Level: (Required): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
    Field of Study/Area of Experience: Degree Program/Major (e.g. Marketing, Business Administration or related field)
    5+ Years of experience in in a related field

    • Advanced Microsoft Office; working knowledge of SharePoint
    • Ability to effectively communicate over the phone and through email
    • Ability to develop a sales action plan with specific objectives that drive results in given time-line

    Work is performed primarily in an office environment.

    Office / Non-Sedentary Requirements
    Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work may be performed in an office or warehouse environment. Typically requires the ability to spend 66%+ hours each work day doing the following activities: stand for extended periods of time, walk, bend, stoop, or climb. May have possible exposure to dust, and may require the ability to lift and/or push up to 50 pounds 33% - 66% of the time.     Field / Reps Requirements
    Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed in a retail in-store environment. Typically requires the ability to spend 66%+ hours each work day doing the following activities: engage in considerable physical activity, ability to lift and/or push up to 74 pounds, stand on feet for long periods of time, use products or cook food as appropriate for the demonstration, and may be required to work in extremely cold conditions (i.e. refrigerated and freezer sections). Also required to travel and drive. The use of proper safety practices when handling the products and/or cooking is essential.     Field / Administrative Requirements
    Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work may be performed in an office, field, retail store, or warehouse environment. Typically requires the ability to spend 66%+ hours each work day doing the following activities: engage in considerable physical activity, ability to lift and/or push up to 50 pounds, stand on feet for long periods of time, use products or cook food as appropriate for the demonstration, and may be required to work in extremely cold conditions (i.e. refrigerated and freezer sections).
